Halfway through the week I completed all of the CFE interval training I will do this week. I do have 2 long time trials coming up. My times so far this week have been disappointing, but that is probably due to several events over the week. Friday was a concert with some friends where we eat like crap and drank way too much. Saturday I attempted to recover from a hangover, and Sunday was the Super bowl, where I ate like crap again. Work has been usually stressful so far this week. All of these factors have played into slower times. I am hoping to get back on track with the 2 longer time trial to include a half marathon on Saturday which will be my first test of CFE.
